Why I can make this claim

I learned systems the hard way — bankrupt at twenty-two, built to a billion by thirty-nine.

At nineteen, I dropped out of college, borrowed $50,000 from my grandmother, and bought a pizza delivery franchise. Three years later I was bankrupt and sold my home in a flash sale to avoid foreclosure. That failure taught me the lesson that runs everything I've built since: failure, handled right, is fuel.

At twenty-two I earned my real estate license in north Georgia and started grinding like everyone else. Then I flew north to shadow the only U.S. agent at the time earning $1M a year. What I saw there changed my career — his business wasn't built on personality. It was built on systems. I came home and committed to one thing: I would never have a "job" in real estate. I would build a business.

How does the guarantee actually pay out if I don't hit $1M GCI?
If you've followed the documented system for the full 18 months — weekly cadence attended, The Appointment Engine installed, Category-of-One Offers being led with — and you don't add at least $1M in GCI from the day you start, the difference is paid to you directly. It's not store credit, it's not a refund of fees. It's a check.
Do I have to join a specific brokerage to qualify?
No. The Million Dollar Guarantee is about building YOUR team and YOUR business, independent of brokerage. We work with team leaders at every major brand. Your brokerage relationship is yours; the system is the system. If anything changes there, that's a conversation for much later — long after you've decided you want what the system delivers.
What's the time commitment per week?
Plan on 3-5 hours per week for the first 90 days while you're installing the system, then 1-2 hours weekly for the ongoing cadence. The system is engineered to give you time back, not take more of it.
What does "implementing the system" actually mean?
